Shipping & Delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP TO & SHIPPING TIMES

New Zealand: Orders within New Zealand should be there within 3-5 working days.

Australia: Orders to Australia should arrive at your door within 10-14 working days.

Rest of the world: We ship each working day for orders placed before 2pm. Your orders should arrive within 14-28 working days.

TRACKING

Once we have shipped, we will email you who we have shipped with and your unique tracking number. Please email us: honey@rarewnewzealand.com if you have any further queries or issues.

DELIVERY COMPANY

We use NZ Post as our courier company. NZ Post does not deliver to a PO Box, so a physical address will need to be provided when you placing an order.
